About Jill


Jill Holden is a certified pilates instructor, personal trainer and nutrition and wellness specialist. Jill’s passion for fitness began at an early age as a figure skater. The opportunity to skate professionally in a touring ice show led to a new career in off-ice conditioning. Jill’s awareness of the body and proper alignment has allowed her to excel as a pilates teacher and personal trainer. She has over 20 years of experience and has seen excellent results in clients of all fitness levels and abilities.  Recently Jill won GOLD for The Post Reader's Choice Awards - Best Fitness Instructor!

As a member of Can-Fit Pro and trained through STOTT Pilates and Body Harmonics, Jill regularly attends fitness and pilates workshops and courses to keep current and inspired. Jill looks forward to meeting new clients at Fit For Life Physiotherapy and private clients who would prefer to train in their own homes.

Jill also volunteers her time at the Burlington Breast Cancer Services on Brant Street.  She teaches a Pilates Mat class to those pre and post cancer treatment.
